McDonald’s has appointed Reginald Miller as Chief Diversity Officer effective from November 9, 2020.
Miller will replace Wendy Lewis, who retired in September. McDonald’s Human Resources Chief Heidi Capozzi said in a letter to the employees, “Reggie and I share the same goal: that in order to move forward, we must move away from the notion that the responsibility of diversity lies with one person, one department or one group.”
Previously, Miller served as Chief Diversity Officer at VF Corp.
Miller served in the U.S. Army from 1997 to 2005. He has also led diversity efforts at Walmart.
